With the wonderful partnership at 'Ecologi' The HR Patch Ltd has supported the prevention of 85.39 tCO2e from being emitted through 45 verified carbon avoidance projects and funded the planting of 1,247 trees across 19 projects.

Invited to be a guest speaker at the FSB Surrey virtual event, Emily reflects on her experiences during the global crisis of Coronavirus. This has been a learning experience for all of us and Emily looks at what opportunities can be grasped and how our actions may impact the future of our organisations.

Emily joins Erica Sosna, from Career Matters and  a panel of experts for this digital breakfast seminar to discuss the highs and lows of recruitment and retention during the global crisis of COVID-19 and what this means for the future of work.

Becoming a non-legal panel member had been a goal for Emily for many years, so she jumped when the opportunity arose to apply for the role. Her journey through the application, assessment, interview, training and observation process was a challenging and fascinating experience. She is extremely honoured to have been appointed in this position.
